Our client asked us to help him spruce up his rental property and get it ready to sell.
After 15 years of renting it out the house was in need of some TLC
the flooring on the main floor wasn’t installed properly so replacing that was a priority as well as painting. We chose a durable vinyl plank that we installed throughout the main floor and on the stairs. We painted the walls in a great neutral (Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter).Countertops and backsplashes were worn and dated and needed to be replaced but the cabinetry were in good shape, so we decided to refinish them instead of replacing.
in both kitchen and bathroom we decided to upgrade the countertops to granite and Quartz. We changed all plumbing- and light fixtures throughout the home and added a classic subway tile backsplash where needed.
Since the area has great schools and the home is on a quiet road, we envision a family or young couple moving in and staged it with that in mind. Here are some more before and after pictures…
