Process, not a state

To make sure that we can provide our clients with the highest level of service, we have created a detailed process that we call the “SBD Experience”. It’s a 15 step process that lets our clients know what to expect every step of the way and keeps us organized on the Project Managing side of things. We all love a project that runs smoothly, on time and on budget and by following these steps and our other systems it has become so much easier to achieve client satisfaction throughout our projects. Instead of looking at procedures as a chore and very “left brain”, we have learned to love our process because it gives us more time to focus on creating beautiful spaces and less time re-inventing the wheel and feeling overwhelmed.
